GUY BROOKER

Guy has more than 30 years of international experience in aircraft sales, leasing, pricing and commercial aviation advisory, having held senior positions with Seabury Aviation Partners as Senior Advisor, BOC Aviation as EVP, Head of Pricing & Portfolio Management, and Airbus as

VP, Head of Contracts China. At Plane View Partners, Guy advises airlines, lessors, investors and OEMs on aircraft acquisition and leasing projects, aircraft contract review, commercial strategy and business plan development, building on his previous advisory work at Seabury Aviation Partners. At BOC Aviation, Guy was responsible for lease pricing and the sale of aircraft with leases attached on behalf of institutional investors. He developed and enhanced pricing models for the placement of new and used aircraft and managed and serviced ABS aircraft portfolios, including cash-flow modeling and forecasting and reporting to investors and boards of directors. During his career at Airbus, Guy negotiated major aircraft sales transactions across China and the wider Asian market with airlines including Air China, China Eastern, Singapore Airlines,

Asiana Airlines and Vietnam Airlines.

Guy holds a Master of Engineering degree from the University of York, awarded in 1989.
